Stress in the workplace

Stress in the Workplace identifies what was at the root of the stress Gary suffered during periods in his life. This talk details some of the triggers and factors that can lead to stress generally, including some of the physical and emotional signs to look out for.

Importantly, it provides the solution (TEMPO), that Gary developed, to overcome the problem personally. TEMPO could be very helpful to others struggling to deal with stress in the workplace, and indeed in everyday life.
